Back on Twitter in the old days there was a very real, fairly large, community of #PainPatients That advocated for our rights as citizens in this country. I do miss that community. If any of my old pain suffering frnds from there are on here? I'm here. I miss you. We can still support each other!

Ice packs that wrap around your knee. Both my knees are ruined by inflammatory arthritis.
Had a full day at the hospital. Thankfully I got my fave tech. Grateful because he is so gentle. He never slaps my arm! Double dipping on doc appts is terrible for patients. We should not see more than one doc in a day. That has not been my experience this year! #PainPatients #Spondyloarthritis #APS
