AI simply uses gathered artworks/images as a training set, fit some high-order function to them that relates images to prompt words, then grab a point from that function based on some new prompt.
i.e, IMAGE GENERATION AI PLAGIARISES AND HAS NO TRUE CREATIVITY.
WWD2025's Spinosaurus, a reconstruction obviously made with human dedication and deep respect towards consultants that (though perhaps leaning more towards the Croc model) establishes a good balance between visions of Herons and Crocs.

In short: THE GREATEST THREAT OF AI IS NOT THAT IT MAY GET AS GOOD AS PALEOARTISTS (take heart, because it never will), BUT THAT IT *EXISTS*! (1/12)

Our hope lies in laws that dictates reasonable use of AI...And who now knows when those are gonna come out? 😢
