The #RoyalMail #ParcelForce website has recently made accessing it's 📦collection service preferences impossible for those of us who can't use Apps. It says it does, but the links lead back to 'Use the App'. Microsoft does not support Google Play, so Royal Mail has updated to inaccessibility for me.

Second day waiting for delivery from #Parcelforce, "not delivered, address issues". One hour on hold, waiting for the telephone help desk, listening to an awful Coldplay riff. No answer, "goods to be returned to sender". Poor show.
#Parcelforce claiming that "they attempted delivery, but there was no answer". Drives me mad with fury. Just say you couldn't find the place or that the driver got distracted by a shiny thing.
Thankfully you caught it! I’m waiting on a #Parcelforce delivery, they can’t find my house! I can’t use either their automated phone system or website because I don’t have a “sorry we missed you slip.” I’ve had to fill out a complaints form online instead (48hr response time) 🙄
Sent document by EMS to HMRC from Japan on 21 July. It reached Coventry in 2 days & disappeared in #ParcelForce Newcastle Depot on 24 July & still shows undelivered on 30 July. I called & they said they couldn't find it but then called back & said it has been delivered but how do I trust them?
Every (!) time they have a parcel, they KEEP it for days. The local courier is not to blame. They are. Mind you, I had a coffee machine delivered by #ParcelForce 2 days ago with its bottom plate peeling off and this is the 2nd time that's happened with #deLonghi deliveries.
Paid my customs charge for #parcelforce and my package is still sitting in a warehouse, despite being told it would be delivered yesterday. Parcel farce would be a better name.
Of course, when I got home there was no re-delivery card & no neighbour had been contacted. So given the "time of the delivery" I suspect the courier wanted his Lunch. #ParcelForce
What is the point of #ParcelForce? You tell it to leave a package with a neighbour. 90 minutes after their delivery window they're surprised you're not in & don't leave it with a neighbour 🤷♂️. Wonder why #RoyalMail is losing business 🤦♂️

I just dispatched a reconditioned AM4 based PC to a buyer from eBay UK.
It will be interesting to see if it arrives in one piece or if Parcelforce manage to damage it en-route.

All I can do is wait for a week or so and hope they send a letter telling me where it is...ironically the letter always arrives.
The package should have been delivered on the 4th and it's *still* not here, the senders don't know where it is, and *still* no tracking information with #Parcelforce.
Three business days ago somebody dispatched a package via #Parcelforce to me on next day delivery. As soon as I saw Parcelforce tracking come up my heart sank because I knew my package wouldn't get to me. Literally every other delivery company can deliver a package to me but not Parcelforce...

That’s two orders on the trot #DPD have mucked up, having only once before put a foot wrong in umpteen years.
Worse, the supplier has used #parcelforce to send the replacement, and they are the absolute pits… 🫤
Despite #RoyalMail (& #ParcelForce ?) planned strikes, I'd strongly suggest people avoid #Evri as an alternative courier. Currently two weeks into lost sent parcel, and they couldn't have been less helpful. Avoid!
