I have yet to learn how peppers easily hybridiz. These Hungarians weren't this spicy last year but did grow around a number of hot peppers.

I have so many peppers yet to pick so went got some honey from Rose Garden LLC. Cut two different peppers, a chocolate ghost and a still unknown yellow. These might be hotter than last year's.

About 14hrs at 110° in the dehydrator got most to a nice crisp. Did the red and green to see if I smell came back, very faint but at least I noticed something.

Cold weather check this morning. Dipped to low 50's so looked for anything out place. I'll be pickin peppers tomorrow. Need a bigger dehydrator or another rack for the oven.

Back home and still no rain so picked some peppers. Half basket of hot and half of sweet then hit the front that I believe are barkers so more regular tasty peppers unless the seeds were from hybrids then something might have a kick.
