Does anyone know of a suitable replacement for a tandon tm100-2a track 0 sensor switch?
It's part of my #ibm 5150 project. I do have a #picomem as a replacement, but I'd like to have an authentic drive to use from time to time. (1/2)

Bad 3d printed ISA bracket
Much better print!
So I somehow managed to break part of the bracket on the PicoMEM, so I printed a new one. First result, not great. Tweaked the temp by a couple degrees, increased the raft layers to 2, and well, much better!

So testing with the PicoMem and Headstart Explorer. Disk functionality and Sound work. Memory extensions do not. This is a big help to this machine considering it only has one ISA slot.

Sadness. Doesn’t look like the Headstart Explorer likes the PicoMem card.

Added a PicoMem-card to my Amstrad PC1640, and it worked perfectly. This is a perfect replacement for the faulty harddrive in the machine. Now i only need to find an original Amstrad mouse for the system.

So, I'm after picking up the micro USB cables and micro USB OTG splitter cables I needed to get for the #PicoMEM cards, although I'm still trying to work out what the cheapest micro SD cards I can get that are compatible with them! I've decided that 32GB is definitely the best way to go in terms of-
Another thing I want to see is if you can use the #PicoMEM to boot up floppy imgs and enable the laptops to run PC Booter games! The cards can be used in newer systems, but I think that there's diminishing benefits above a 286, beyond the ability to load floppy imgs & the WiFi networking functions!
So, a couple of days ago, I picked up my new #PicoMEM cards, this time adding the sound board, as I realised that I needed to have Tandy/CMS capabilities for my Pocket 8086s, so they can be more contemporary with sound options. I'm aware that slimline versions are coming, so when they do come, I'm-
I'm just after ordering 2 more #PicoMEM cards, although this time they each had the Adlib module, as I realised that for the 2x Pocket 8086s they'll be assigned to would benefit from the additional sound options, although OPL3 still trumps the Adlib option! I'm debating if I should get a #PicoGUS-
