A woven wall hanging is hanging on a fence I front of a bunch of blooming white jasmine. So much jasmine it might be a scratch and sniff. It is made in reds oranges and light pinks that decend in order from dark to light. At the center of each color section are opposing color roving yarns woven in and at the center of the whole piece are woven in rust colored velvet pieces A very large piece of chunky yarn made of white pinks and oranges is woven in switchback style over the whole thing from top to bottom.
I made this in 2021, when I was just learning to weave. It’s home is in my bedroom 🧶
