"Ink & The Iron" 🚂🖋️
An unyielding beast of heavy steel crawling between cracked, desolate earth and haunting skies. A structural, horrid hooting stanza brought to life from Emily Dickinson's poem "The Railway Train." Punctual as a cold star.

Various shapes like animal feathers, feet, tails, an elephant's face, lizard, bird, dragon, and a shift between the forms fills the page in abstract connections and blends in light and dark. The colors are vibrant tan with gold and blues and purples and subtle greens like iridescence.

A lizard/gecko with many scales clings to perhaps a window, facing the viewer. Behind them or around them is a field of abstract smoke or dust, but doesn't obscure the lizard. The colors are vibrant greens, warm yellow-reds for the lizard, and deep reds blending to turquoise in the smokey substance. Beyond that smoke is pure white.
