Humanitarian assistance. 127 million children in countries affected by war and displacement are out of school. Cuts in humanitarian assistance are leaving children without life-saving services and robbing them of the chance to go to school. Governments must affirm their commitments to education in communities affected by conflict and crises, including by funding Education Cannot Wait, the global fund for education in emergencies.
Millions of children risk missing out on education due to conflict, disasters and displacement.
Humanitarian assistance is essential, and funding @educannotwait.bsky.social is critical, to avoiding that risk.
