The #MinackTheatre is perched on the cliffs at #Porthcurno. The first performance in 1931 was a production of Shakespeare's. 'The Tempest'. At the time this picture was taken, Rowena Cade and Billy Rawlings had built a flight of 90 steps up from the beach. 🎭🏖️

Porthcurno beach, Cornwall. Beautiful cove with a sparkling sea at low tide. Outlying rocks and some gentle clouds like hills. Porthcurno was the British connection for the world's very first international telegraph cable.

Looking towards The Logan Rock, above Porthcurno beach. I overcame my fear of cliff path walking to capture this view. It was worth it- purple and turquoise sea meets Naples Yellow sand and burnt sienna rocks.
