I think they were playing “pretty unicorn princess”, and were caught. The basement door was closed, and everyone agreed never to speak of this again.

Watcher 1: FINE. …but I’m keeping the halo. Watcher 2 (not visible, left): SPRAY PAINT IT BLACK. Watcher 1 never gets to keep their wings. It’s a thing.

The Watcher is wearing a red corset, holding a whip with multiple silver ropes, has red dragon wings on their back, and horns on their hood. Their hood looks serious. The non-visible Watcher (W1) is speaking first. W1: (questioning, then panic) Memo? AAAAAH!! What the hell are you wearing?! W2: (flat) New dress code. Lose the wings. W1: (annoyed at losing their wings again) Dammit! (W1 loves their pretty feathery wings.) (Muttering) I’m keeping the halo. The non-visible Watcher (W1) is speaking; this is a continuation of the last cartoon, where the non-visible Watcher was putting on a spiky gold halo and multicoloured glitter, when this Watcher (W2) mentioned a new memo from their boss, The Mouse Prophet. W1: Memo? AAAAAH!! What the hell are you wearing?! W2: New dress code. Lose the wings. W1: Dammit! (W1 loves their pretty feathery wings.) I’m keeping the halo.
