If you don't know whom to vote for, look up the voting records in Parliament of the candidates!

If you're voting today (please vote!), take a second to think about what the provincial government is actually responsible for. They handle: - Health care (hospitals, OHIP, long-term care) - Education (public schools, curriculum, some post-secondary funding) - Transportation (highways, transit funding, infrastructure) - Social services (Ontario Works, ODSP, child protection) - Labour laws (minimum wage, workplace rights) - Justice & policing (provincial courts, OPP) - Energy (hydro rates, electricity policies) - Housing & municipal funding - Natural resources & environment policies Basically, if you care about health care wait times, education funding, hydro bills, rent costs, or public transit, this is the level of government making those decisions. Before you vote, ask yourself: Do I want these things to stay the same, or do I want them handled differently? Know what you're voting for.

For you Ontario voters, here's a primer to remember as you enter the polls.

Do yourself a favour and read your local candidate's bios and platforms before casting your ballot. It will only take a few minutes to make you an informed citizen.
