The first time I saw Matthew Perry in something. It was on an upstart network called Fox. It was originally a vehicle for Kiel Martin and then in midseason, it was retooled and Perry became the star. #RIPMathewPerry
Matthew Perry was utterly human. Fallible, relatable, and possessing the heightened self awareness all brilliant comedians do, that he could also be utterly powerless to follow.
He fell, over and over. He never stayed down. He strove to help others.
