Also, some dudes tried to change the title of #MarioBava’s film #RabidDogs - to #Kidnapped. I REJECT that title - and I label the changes they made to the film “the #KidnappedCut of Rabid Dogs”. AVOID that cut (they tried to polish up a virtually complete film - and in the end worsened the movie). Ⓐ

I also hear there were plans to do a remake of #MarioBava’s film #RabidDogs - WITHOUT any misogynistic content. Well, if you remove all that from the original film - you are left with practically NOTHING (except a cool surprise ending). So it’d be so heavily sanitized, it’d be unrecognizable. Ⓐ

Re-watched #RabidDogs - the #MarioBava film, about several misogynistic psychopaths who go on a road trip with several hostages. And they spend the film terrorizing/humiliating said hostages. To be clear, the film CONDEMNS the villains’ misogyny/actions. So it’s a mean and ugly movie done RIGHT. Ⓐ
