It's a book for everyone to read. Even more so for anyone who is thinking of suicide. It could even be someone who has withdrawn themselves or isolated themselves. It's always worth asking more than once if they're okay.

This book is relatable to me as I faced depression, anxiety, and wanting to give up without recognizing the causes and methods to cope. If you feel hopeless or perhaps want to understand how to support loved ones, I would recommend this book.
