Fast I am not. But I desperately wanted a sub 6 50km. I went out too fast, messed up fluids and nutrition totally. Did stop to help a fallen runner. I had around 15 miles of totally grinding it out. That was not how to run an ultra.
However, I did it. Just! 😭😁
