Real-time lights in a 3D scene are very expensive to the frame rate - this scene here has only one directional light, everything else is texture mapping - for static objects this can make a very efficient scene - vital when developing for #mobile or #VR #gamedev #indiegamedev #threejs #RogueEngine

The mobile version in UE5 was not so well lit as the PC version and highly optimised to keep the framerate up so there is actually probably less difference between that version and what I have already running on #RogueEngine #gamedev #indiegamedev #solodev #ue5
