The original project creator received 12K a year, below the national minimum wage, for many years.
The other two, who joined later, were paid 96K & ~46K a year respectively for the same role.
Which, according to the Green Book pay scales, is a role valued at around 35K a year.

I'm old fashioned - I always thought that if you don't turn up to a meeting you're paid to attend, you don't get paid. Or get feted as a VIP.

Still, different rules apply here, including even more appalling goings-on in SEND where 'children continue to be failed'.
