Loved to see the facts on parking from Sen. @omarfatehmn.com today during the hearing on #SF1268. Parking mandates are a large driver of the cost of homes in Minnesota.
Allowing more homes to be built by removing parking mandates (often a 3 car garage) is crucial to the #YesToHomes agenda.

Cities can't know how much parking people need. Bill does not mandate removal of existing parking or prevent people from building new parking. Instead it allows people to choose for themselves how much parking they need. #SF1268
