Sen. Boldon ( @lizboldonmn.bsky.social ) now introducing #SF2231 as amended in conversation with the City of Rochester. (Allowing for site plans for 3-4 homes to accommodate utility hookups complexity, 1-2 homes are not required to do site plans)
