#CPG101 has long provided guidance to #SLTT #EmergencyPlanners in how to develop, organize, & implement emergency operations plans. Planners aren't required to follow CPG 101. But it has served as a fundamental source in doing comprehensive, inclusive emergency planning.

I’d also add that training #SLTT to take over federal #disaster coordination takes 💰💰💰. And many questions need to be answered, like how will SLTT coordinate between & share resources; who pays for that; what happens when multiple STT are impacted & can’t help others.
