JRC in MA is the only place in the US that uses electric shock collars as behavior therapy on people with disabilities. You should be appalled AND you should take action to ban this practice.

Woohoo! Just finished 2nd edits on the 7th out of 8 chapters in this book of mine. Time for another cup of tea and some yoga stretches before I tackle the longest chapter. Looks like this baby is heading back to the publisher tonight.
