Full moon meditation: LET GO. Sit comfortably, close your eyes, breathe deeply, and think silently to yourself “Let” on the inhale, and “Go” on the exhale. Inhale “Let”, exhale “Go.” Repeat as many times as you want. #mindfulness #yoga #sagebrushyogacollective
