#Canada #serviceontario basically commented they would think I am out of the country because I didn't renew my #OHIP in a timely manner. This is a strange #assumption. It also makes me concerned how they use #data via #OHIP as #surveillance systems.

#ServiceOntario needs to make its website easier to navigate. I thought the only way to update my address was to be on-site at a physical location, as I couldn't find the link. Finally found the link buried underneath a bunch of pages and redirects... Not great UX.
