The Peter Iredale is still one of the most photographed shipwrecks in the world. The 4-masted steel bark was wrecked in 1906 on Clatsop Spit at the Columbia River Bar in Oregon. All 25 on board survived, and the ship was declared a total loss. (1/3)🧵
