I made another #shokupan today, and then some Japanese egg salad and turned my bread into Tamago Sandi and Mix Sandi. 😋

日本橋によって明日からの食パンを買って帰りました。
そのまま”SHOKUPAN”って名前なんですね、

食パンって日本のオリジナルだと聞いた気がして調べてみたら、1888年(明治21年)に打木彦太郎が創業した「ヨコハマベーカリー宇千喜商店」のイギリスパンがルーツだとか。
元町の「ウチキパン」って食パン発祥のお店だったんですね。
