Let’s be clear: Mansfield was not a quota.

It didn’t require firms to hire anyone.

It required firms to *consider* qualified women, lawyers of color, LGBTQ+ lawyers, and lawyers with disabilities for leadership roles — similar to & modeled upon the NFL's Rooney Rule.

That’s it.

Considering this Sweetheart deal that Epstein had, what actual recourse do the Epstein victims have? Obviously the DOJ isn’t going to help. What options do they actually have?

They seem to have plenty of testimony and evidence.
