Sigh. I know it wasn't perfect, but my goodness, if the quote doesn't exactly describe what we had way back when in the glory days of EduTwitter. Chats like #WeirdEd, #ClearTheAir, #TotallyRossome, #SlowChatEd, #2PencilChat #RuralEd
Grateful for that time of my life, I still miss it so much.
I follow accounts I can learn from. I block bot accounts that follow me (suspicious). I block "viral/ influencer" posts IF they show up too often and become distracting. I prefer to interact, so fewer followers is better for me. I do follow @dieworkwear.bsky.social bc I learn cool stuff. #slowchatEd
Feel free to ignore my question if you don't feel comfortable sharing it, but if someone has a timeline that you really appreciate and learn from, but they don't have a lot of followers, you still wouldn't follow them? #SlowChatEd
I know the timing on here of posts doesn't necessarily make the #PopUpChat work flawlessly, maybe I'll try a #SlowPopUpChat later in the week. Admitting #SlowChatEd was one of my favorite Twitter chats, although my memory is a little foggy on who led that @farleyjeffrey.bsky.social were you one?
