Altazimuth's model stands, arms above his head, holding up the dish. A cake a relatively squat cylinder that holds its own weight. If undecorated it has a spongey texture. It can be any number of colours with the use of food colouring. Sometimes the cylinders are stacked and sometimes they reduce in size going up. If they are stacked there may be a filling in the middle. They may have icing on, which is a shiny sugar-derived substance that can have any colour but is white by default. It may have lit candles on top, or sparklers or what have you.
