2020‑21 = #COVID pause – a reminder that real value lives in‑person: a #TDD chat while swimming, a coding kata at sunset in #Crete. Since 2023 #SoCraTesCrete stands on its own: craft‑focused talks, passionate debates, hard questions.

Our first iteration saw "just" ~10 people. But the magic wasn’t the headcount,it was the deep convos and lasting connections over a multi‑day open‑space – still the best part a decade later! By 2018 #Agile broadened, I drifted to #SoftwareCrafters, then #SoCraTes appeared and #SoCraTesCrete was born
