So, I started a new position at work, and it requires a lot more social interaction than my old position. I really enjoy the position, but I'm am experiencing social burnout. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced something similar and how you managed it? #socialburnout #nerodivergent #adhd

Bin aktuell im Status, dass mich soziale Interaktion (bis auf eine Person) nur noch anstrengt und es mir zunehmend schwer fällt, diese Erschöpfung nicht zu sehr nach außen dringen zu lassen. #SocialBurnout

Irgendwie bis Mittwoch Mittag durchstehen; ab da ist wenigstens Urlaub.
