What is normally a pure white Havamalt dog absolutely covered in sea slime sitting on grass. His long hair is laden with all kinds of dirty grime from the shallow water and mud and seasweed as he stares at the camera. What makes it even funnier is that his big tongue, coming out from his mouth, is rolled over onto the top of his nose.

A huge tree, growing near the right edge of the frame and without any leaves, dominates 80% of this beach side picture. Late winter afternoon sun provides warm sidelight coming in from the left, illuminating the trunk and branches with gold colored light. The bare branches reach across the entire frame with some branches likely the size of small trees. The branches create an intricate root-like pattern against the deep blue cloudless sky. In the distance, you can see a tennis player near the base of the trunk, cargo ships anchored in English Bay, and the mountains of North Shore Vancouver.
