This is cause for celebration - a project looking for ‘causes’ and ‘cures’ for autism via genetic analysis (which had VERY a dubious data protection and data ethics approach) has been abandoned - yay!

- not a priority for #ActuallyAutistic people
- ethically flawed (understatement)
- exclusionary of autistic people in its conception & ignored response
- contributed to stigma & "cure" research
