資格試験も一応終わって久々のライド

２週間ぶりなので、今回は平坦基調のコースですが、湿気が高いからか、気温の割に体力の消耗が激しい一日だった、、、

そして帰宅途中、キャッチがゆるいなぁ、と思っていた #Speedplay のCリングが割れてしまいました、、、

割れたリングを見てみると両方折れていたので、実はゆるいと思っていたときは、すでに片方折れていたのかも、、、
