Gibraltar - 04/03 - #StormRegina brought an unsettled and very wet start to the day with some heavy or local thundery downpours and lightning, also dusty rain - improving and turning drier from mid-afternoon. It was a cold March day with temperatures struggling, Max 13.3C.
