#SundayPixBadPhotos
A pal took this photo of me & Bob Geldof
Thanks for the terrible photos today, young warriors. You really ran with it. I love my Bluesky gang.
#SundayPixBadPhotos
Goodnight.
Very small London Bridge in the distance and just about visible Tower of London.
London Bridge and the Tower of London. I took this to show to my class as we’re doing London as a topic. I’m sure they’ll appreciate it. #SundayPixBadPhotos
The last ones for #SundayPixBadPhotos
Alt text: Back to questionable composition. Not a clue about the foot thing & it takes quite the halfwit to frame your firstborn into a set of cock and balls
#SundayPixBadPhotos
That one is out of focus, the other ones are far away (and out of focus)
Alt Text: crap photos of deer in an enclosure.
Mostly out of focus people at a Christmas Market. The only thing connected to me in this photo is the purple hat in the foreground that is on my daughter's head
I haven't got a clue, sorry.
Another trawl through my photos inspired by the @sinisterbulb.bsky.social confessional 😉 for #SundayPixBadPhotos
3 empty desserts. No I don’t know what was in there.
Food photography is not the most challenging subject, but its still possible to completely fuck up the timing. #SundayPixBadPhotos
Some really really boring ancient walls inside an equally boring modern building. Has a more beige photo ever been taken? No.
Archeology is fascinating. Layers of cities previous, and traces of our forebears. Does that mean you should photograph it badly? No, it does not… More decomposed than composed. #SundayPixBadPhotos
Extremely dull featureless cityscape over some water. With a chainlink fence in the foreground for some fucking reason.
I lied - this is too funny a theme. I give you the least evocative picture of Amsterdam ever taken. Why did I take this? Why did I keep it? Why have that fence in shot? Why didn’t I hurl my camera in the river? #SundayPixBadPhotos
A featureless field looking like a more boring Windows screensaver. If you have a microscope you might be able spot a Cessna landing.
Going to have to stop now as there are just too many candidates, but how about this interest filled effort called ‘fuck, I forgot the zoom lens’. #SundayPixBadPhotos
Photo of the Eiffel Tower out of focus being ‘pinched’ by in focus fingers.
The Eiffel Tower sandwiched between a bus stop and a tree, looking as boring as both of them.
The Eiffel Tower blurred and lit up at night.
The Eiffel Tower. So hard to photograph but incredible to see.
#SundayPixBadPhotos
Its really what the post said. Life sized nutcracker soldier model plus black and white dog half out of shot.
Giant nutcracker and dog’s arse anyone? #SundayPixBadPhotos
Three boys with plates of food in front of them. Everything in the photo is put off focus.
Still in time for #SundayPixBadPhotos The kids eating out of focus.
Photo accidentally taken on a Dover Calais ferry. Featuring ceiling reflections, a blurred distant cargo ship and rotated 90 degrees. Ironically the horizon is more level than I usually manage
#SundayPixBadPhotos. I call this one - cross channel disaster.
A band play in a pub. Maybe. It’s hard to tell because of forgetting to set the camera to autofocus.
Great theme. Ok #SundayPixBadPhotos - how about this excellent shot of my mate’s band…
Precious black and white Tuxedo cat on his back on the end of a sofa, not realising he was so close to the edge when he was wriggling about being fussed. He has his front paws up in the air and because the picture is blurry he looks like he's been flailing.
#SundayPixBadPhotos
Ta-da!
#SundayPixBadPhotos
I had to hunt for this because my photos are probably the one part of my life that’s really organised, I immediately chuck anything not good, so had to hunt for one that slipped through the net, and even so I kind of like the composition.
A complete failure of composition. Some planks and a metal ring on the deck of HMS Victory. The Nelson fell here plaque is visible but totally unreadable in this photo.
This is supposed to be a picture of a seal looking at me from in the water. What I got is its submerging back. Timing, Timing, Timing.
The composition the color temperature and the exposure are all awful. It should be a picture of one of the children playing on a sledge on pristine white snow. What you get is a very dark blob on blue snow seemingly as night is falling fast.
Not a clue what I was thinking here. The composition and focus are both well off. It is an out of focus shot of the motor unit and slight portion of the 3 blades of a wind turbine at Scout Moor in the hills of North Manchester.
Ok #SundayPixBadPhotos. Composition, timing, exposure and focus failures.
Slightly out of focus, dark, under-exposed, photograph of a female leopard at night.
#SundayPixBadPhotos a genuinely dreadful photograph of a leopard. Don't care, saw a leopard.
A beautifully sharp photograph of some leaves. Behind, out of focus and barely identifiable, is a bull elephant. It's a grey blur.
#SundayPixBadPhotos
The focus is not supposed to be on the leaves. 🐘
A mute swan on an expanse of greyish-looking water. The swan is facing away from us and the photo is over-exposed so it's difficult to make out any of the details. There's too much water, so the subject is lost, and there's two gulls and a Canada goose in the top left, again distracting from the subject.
#SundayPixBadPhotos
overexposed, poorly framed and not cropped well.
Bad picture of me looking the wrong way and with my hands over half the lens. The kitten on my shoulder is cute though.
#Sundaypixbadphotos I liked for a particularly bad selfie. I did not have to look far.
A blurry picture of Manny the black cat. He is lying on the foot plate of a recliner which is partially returned to the down position. His eyes are open and he is looking at the camera annoyed.
A picture with bad lighting of me and a rat. The rat is a white and grey blur and is not really distinguishable.
My #SundayPixBadPhotos are two. One is 99% of all rat pictures everywhere. The other is the cat judging me for putting the recliner down when he was comfy.
A picture taken of the mirror with me standing with my back to the mirror in a yellow dress with butterflies. You can see the phone camera as I’m taking the picture in the mirror, as well as the shower stall behind me with a peeling moldy ceiling.
#SundayPixBadPhotos Me trying to take a picture of the back of my head to see if I’d done the french braid well. Everything about this photo is poor, including my geometry and the fact that you can’t actually see my braid. (This was in the old house, the bathroom ceiling here is fine!)
A kaleidoscope of dizzying colours. Nurse, pass the sick bag
#SundayPixBadPhotos Final day at Cineworld Northampton
A photo of a framed photo slightly obscured by reflections. Jimmy Carter is shaking hands with a man almost obscured by clapping hands in the corner of the photo. It was signed by Jimmy Carter in 1978.
A bad photo of a bad photo of a wonderfully good man. I then sat in the same seat to have a drink at Pinkie Masters Savannah.
