A drawing of Super Milk Chan floating while holding an absurdly long sheet of paper. Said paper is floating around her due to how long it is. With that being said she has a distressed look on her face (complete with a "fustrated overhead scribble" as tvtropes calls it. I don't know the actual word for those scribble clouds). There is no background if you're not counting the long sheet of paper but it can be assumed she is in a space shuttle or some other type of spacecraft that houses a teleprinter (artist's note: i remembered the space shuttles had a teleprinter on board to receive text documents and then noticed the printed results in some of the pictures were quite long. So then I got this little idea. I'd imagine the roll of paper in the art is mostly just the president's ramblings or something like that. Sorry Milk.)
