🇪🇺🌍 Wrapping up the #SustainabilityPolicyForum with the @ec.europa.eu. We delved on the EU’s priorities, the European Green Deal and the Waste Framework Directive. A strong conclusion to two days of policy-focused exchange in Brussels.
🤝 EU Advocacy Workshop at the #SustainabilityPolicyForum gave participants insight into key policy files shaping our sector and EDANA’s engagement at EU level, including the Waste Framework Directive (WFD), Single-Use Plastics Directive (SUPD) and CSRD/CS3D.
🌍 Day 2 of #SustainabilityPolicyForum kicked off with a keynote by Hugo Maria Schally sharing how EU product policy is shaped and how circularity goals can become practical rules for nonwovens.
A strong start as we connect policy ambition with real-world implementation!
