Hi @swanwatchuk.bsky.social, they are wonderful! They only had 3 this year. 4 last year, but only 2 made it (Daisy & Duke). They nest nearby and visit often. We are in South Carolina, US #swanwatchuk

Beautiful, but chill, tranquil morning on the #RiverLark at #Mildenhall. Snuck up on a walking freshwater mussel & a Mute Swan slumbering on its nest. The swan woke with quite a shock when I got a bit too close (checking it was OK). #swanwatchuk #BirdsSeenIn2021 #WestSuffolk 3/3
