Hybrid work tells people that you have to work in a fixed place at a fixed time.

We’re treating everyone the same when they’re not. Mandating onsite working isn’t the answer.

Research from January showing what people want from their the office is very different to what business who are trying to mandate a return to work are giving.

ONS reported in Nov 2024- 40% of UK adults work hybrid or entirely from home.
