The floor mat inside the yurt is a combination of thin and thick stripes in red blue and yellow.

So I found a few more images of reed screens pre 1600. It looks like the best I can document is solid strip patterns and not the ornate patterns from the 19-20th century.

Blues, reds, yellows, and greens. Straight twinning and diagonals.
