We pressed c.1.5 tonnes of apples today, yielding +/-700 litres of juice from #HeritageVarieties of #TamarValley #Apples at #TamarGrowLocalCIC HQ. Helping to preserve small #Orchards in the Valley & provide income to small-scale producers.

Sounds delicious.

I'm pooped after a day of apple pressing at #TamarGrowLocalCIC and have opted for fish and chips. I only ever fancy them about once a year, and today is the day. With home-made Tartare Sauce
