Sataarah is a Draenei. Her species is polymorphic (they can change their appearance at will) and genderfluid as a direct result of this. Sataarah, specifically, is an unusual case for her kind since she has an overabundance of sexual energy for an already hypersexual species. She uses this to benefit her kind as a sort of intimacy/social energy battery, where this is a much more important resource over something tangible like money.
