Result: I'm gonna make it! ...Not that long based on how well I balance on one leg, but maybe a long time based on the other tests.

Another program down in #thepump Two months ago vs today. Quite a way to finish off the year. I’ve mostly just been adding small amounts of weights into routines to make up for my weight loss.

Still struggling through a few sets (namely pull-ups), so not quite ready for intermediate programs yet.

So excited! The very frist exercise program I have ever completed! (The Foundation - Bodyweight version) Thanks to The Pump community for being positive, giving motivation, and reminding me it's okay to fall and try again!
