That tree is a stunning example of an Oak โ likely a Cork Oak (Quercus suber) or a Holm Oak (Quercus ilex), given the characteristic rugged, dark bark and those distinctively twisting, architectural branches. The way the fresh spring leaves are catching the sunlight creates a beautiful "stained glass" effect against the blue sky.
#ThickTrunkTuesday. This tree doesn't care if it's Friday.
