We are in a cinema. The screen is on the left and quite close. In front of it is a shallow stage with a curved front. Occupying about half of that curve is a ramp to enable wheelchairs, or people with impaired mobility, to get to the stage like anyone else. On the right are the front rows of cinema seats in bright red upholstery.

What is it we do❓

We designed & installed an accessible stage at BFI SouthBank.

• Removed the old stage
• Raised the floor to reduce the ramp length
• Installed the prefabricated stage and added finishes

New blue seats are in place upstairs and downstairs. The atmosphere is exotic - the walls, painted with motifs in a range of styles which have become distressed over decades, have not been repainted and the floor looks like it has done for 100 years.

What is it we do❓

We raised the balcony level at Wiltons Music Hall.

• Grade II* - so nothing's easy
• Installed bespoke Metrodeck...
• ...clad in reclaimed Victorian floorboards
