The lovely #thorntondale in #northyorkshire and yes that is a tinge of blue sky. A cold wind though!

Line and wash painting showing a side view of an ice-cream vendor's tricycle. There is a large box on the front, mounted between and above the two small front wheels. Behind this the vendor stands wearing a green apron, and a pale trilby hat with a dark band. The vendor and tricycle are shaded by a large parasol, from which a string of Union Jack bunting is festooned, connecting down to a wicker basket mounted on the rear of the tricycle. A colourful price list, on a dark background, hangs high on the parasol's stem, beneath which is mounted a stand brimming with ice-cream cones.
