I saw a clip this week of people discussing the long Copacabana shot in Goodfellas. I love that scene, but it immediately reminded me of the opening of #TouchOfEvil.

Looks like Orson Welles made some duds too. Touch of Evil is a meandering slog of a film that the intriguing setup and Orson Welles's tormented detective couldn't save. The movie is only made worse by Charlton Heston in brown face.

I too, would like to sample Tana's Chilli - as I'm hungry at the moment. Without giving anything away, Marlene Dietrich ending scene in #TouchOfEvil is the perfect goodbye to the classic era of film noir IMO. I always get a bit emotional when I see it.
