It's because we're the first guild to submit logs for a very new boss, apparently.
For #TransDayOfVisibilty my guild, who has a lot of beautiful trans people in it, got gold parses in a new World of Warcraft raid... since we submitted the first parse for Belo'ran, a brand new boss.
