Sometimes I just want to see the sea. Back on the Wales Coast Path - sunshine, clifftop views across the Bristol Channel, and a picnic at Nash Point with 200 million years of geology beneath our feet. Perfect for blowing away the cobwebs.

Tucked away at the very top of the Garw valley is a little park, Parc Calon Lân. We took a circular route from the park up through the Garw Forest, down to the valley again at Lluest and back along the river.
