I started weightlifting and CrossFit in October. For the most part, the pain is manageable, but a few times it’s been unbearable. I recently purchased a Chirp Halo muscle stim device, which is supposed to help with pain relief. 🙏🙏 I'll report back in a few weeks. #chronicpain #traumaticinjury
